Returns and refunds

Standard items
You have 14 days after receiving a standard item to tell us that you would like to cancel your order. You then have a further 14 days to return it. Items must be returned unused, in their original condition and packaging where possible.

To start a return, contact us at sales@anprints3d.com with your order number. Return postage for a change-of-mind return is the customer’s responsibility.

Personalised and custom items
Personalised items and items made to a specification you provide cannot be cancelled or returned for a change of mind once production has started. This does not affect your rights if an item is faulty, damaged, or not as described.

Faulty or incorrect items
Please contact us as soon as possible at sales@anprints3d.com, including your order number and photos where helpful. We will work with you to arrange a repair, replacement, or refund where appropriate.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect a return, we will let you know the outcome. Any refund due will be made to the original payment method. Your legal rights are not affected by this policy.
