These terms apply when you use this website or place an order with A&NPrints3D. By placing an order, you agree to these terms and our published policies.
Products
Our products are 3D printed. Small variations in colour, finish, or layer lines can occur as part of the printing process. We aim to show products accurately, but screen settings can affect how colours appear.
Orders and customisation
An order is accepted when we confirm it. Please check your order carefully before submitting it. We may be unable to change or cancel an order once printing has begun. Personalised or made-to-specification items may not be eligible for cancellation or return for a change of mind; this does not affect your rights where an item is faulty, damaged, or not as described.
Prices and payment
Prices and delivery charges are shown at checkout before payment. We reserve the right to correct obvious pricing or listing errors and will contact you if this affects your order.
Production and delivery
Please read our Shipping Policy for production and delivery estimates. Delivery times are estimates and can be affected by carrier delays outside our control.
Returns and refunds
Our Return and refund policy explains how to request a return or report a problem with an order. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory consumer rights.
Intellectual property
All website content, branding, photographs, and original product designs remain the property of A&NPrints3D or their respective owners and may not be used without permission.
